Crestwood Care Centre’s in-house, outpatient hemodialysis departments deliver treatments administered by Direct Dialysis, a Medicare certified provider since 2004.

Our clinical care team includes: Board Certified Nephrologists, a RN renal manager, experienced hemodialysis nurses, certified renal technicians, on-site social worker, dietitian, and Biomed. These clinicians are dedicated to working together to provide our patients with personalized care.

Our facility includes a vascular access team which encourages permanent access placement from admission and beyond, as well as early intervention for sustained access and decrease infection rate. The 3 : 1, patient to technician ratio allows Crestwood to treat higher acuity patients while still providing quality care.
