Experience –In the healthcare field since 1989; started out working in activities, currently social services for the 4th floor and Psychosocial Coordinator for Crestwood Care Centre.

Summary – Francine helps residents accomplish better daily living skills, who are capable of returning to the community. Francine gives the residents encouragement to achieve their goals and look to a brighter future.
