November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. In recognition of this hopeful milestone, Crestwood Care Centre is offering community members important FREE tools in the continuing fight against this devastating disease.

Confidential Memory Screenings November 16th is National Memory Screening Day and Crestwood will be offering free screenings from 8 am – 4 pm. What better time to schedule a screening for yourself or someone you love? Conducted in complete privacy, it’s a quick, easy evaluation that can help separate normal age-related memory loss from signs of serious medical conditions. Additional screenings are conducted throughout the year.
