Rehabilitation treatment at Crestwood Care Centre combines disciplines of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Restorative therapy is also available to help maintain your independence after discharge from skilled therapy.  The goal of therapy is to help restore functional abilities after an illness, injury or elective surgery.  A MarianJoy Rehabilitation Hospital physician oversees the plan of care for each of our residents.
